Twenty years ago, back in 1998, ironically, on a amazingly beautiful Santa Cruz Halloween day, on West Cliff Drive, the kind that lulls the tourists from Ohio into a trance like state of mind that illicites the imagining " maybe we could move to California take up surfing, or mountain biking, and be happy in Santa Cruz too."

The intoxicating views on West Cliff are

 " taken in" - all at the same time - by the tourists, locals, families, thieves, con artists, drug dealers, and perverts from all over the world, here to enjoy, the surf, sand, redwoods, of the Monterey Bay the  unpredictable, volatile weather it generates, and the world class dank weed stink that clouds the air. 

Everybody here, and coming here, wants to believe the layed back fantasy that has become (SC); " the world party" illusion of free drugs, sex and lawlessness, that Santa Cruz has cleverly obscured and camouflaged all its down and dirty organized crime with for generations.

Most people who have not been local for decades never fully perceive what's really going down in (SC), how totally corrupt it is and how warped the children are by their Lord of the Flies existence here. As one UCSC coed enthusiastically said to me, her unbridled breasts bouncing under her " Anti-Hero T-Shirt, " the reason [ we are so totally cruel and corrupt ] is that nobody ever calls us on it." " Nobody ever showed us how to [ behave ]."

Most visitors and tourists are too busy faking enjoyment of those tits and what local Crime Inc. fed fantasies make (SC) appear to be like the howling, and moaning prostitutes leaking out of the windows that face Pacific Ave. at the St. George and  around the corner at the dingy and disgusting "party controlled,"  motels on Ocean St.

Its not just the $100 per night flea bags but also the higher priced venues billed as upper-class - but everything in (SC) is held back and down by Crime Inc. - even the pricey  new Hotel Paradox were the low-class Next Spaceish slim ball technocrats of the Silicon Valley  meet to concoct another thin veneer of legitimacy and innovation over the stolen intellectual property they feed off of like the parasites they are. In spite of there claims,  there is more sabotage and espionage going on at there monthly Paradox gatherings than symbiosis.

Forget the State of California's ranking of #2 among all states for highest rate of illicit drug dependence and abuse among 18 to 25-year-olds. 

1.4 million is the current annual number of prescriptions for hydrocodone, a powerful pain reliever, to Bay Area residents. 5.6 is the percent of people age 12 and older in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo counties who take prescription pain relievers for non medical purposes. Par for the course you won't find accurate figures for subjects like this in Santa Cruz county because the people who compile them at the civic buildings friends are the drug dealers pushing them.

I always wondered if Travolta's poor mentally troubled son who committed suicide was haunted by the same "party" demons and ghosts who inhabit this G-d forsaken town.

Like a dirty disco of dominates and submissives, a conga line of tequila breath, or SM tango  ((seriousness/hacked copy)) dance of sorts, fueled by Rock Star or Monster energy drinks, cocaine laced lattes from LuLu Carpenters,  dank green home grown weed, and a variety of drug induced delirious states, some intentional and some knot.  

638,000 is the reported number of California residents age 26 and up who use illicit drugs, excluding marijuana; that's 2.7 ( hacked  data) percent of the population. Damn there is something wrong with that number or they all live in the (MBSCSVSFBRC).

The locals, repeat offender, addict, return visitors, and old timers who know what (SC) is really all about, just relax and go with the flow, count the cash, on the downward slide, the two step stumble to the Dodge frontier boogy, while taking the baby out in the stroller, exercising the pit bulls, they use to protect there backyard money tree, pot farms, or basement meth labs, while keeping there eyes open for new customers and federal law enforcement.

For the record the Federal Government can not get a three letter FBI, ATF, INS, IRS, DEA ect. undercover agent into (SC) county without Crime Inc. knowing about it within two ours of there arrival.

This is how the surfers, the musicians, the artists in the pot, porno, prostitution, industries have the time and freedom to indulge themselves in " whatever," " whenever," and " however," sex, drugs, and rap. It also is the reason there are so few "original" bohemien artists survive in (SC). When it comes to exploiting,  ruining good peoples lives, screwing up honest peoples lives, there is no place like the home boys. Thats the attitude of the Mexican, Asian punks, the HA, the WS gang, Sterling Gang all just kicking back, licken their chops wait in for the druggings to take effect so they can get a big bite, a good suck, a dirty tag out of innocent tourist  lives.

The tourists instinctively know there is something seriously wrong here, they ignore it, manipulated into focussing there belladonna poisoned eyes on the young hot little surfer girl that everybody comes to Santa Cruz for, that they fantasize might be part of there three some tonight, or if they go bi,  the " its all good bro" american smile, of the local surf punk who just skated bye whistling "a Westside gang, mexican expired, " get your SC bud here song," to attract more un weary customers. In (SC) initiating new but buddies is a town tradition.

Thats what the satanic little vampires smile is all about: what he  just finished doing in there car,  getting copies of there hard drives, intellectual property, credit card numbers and ID for the mexicans. The minority kids that attend UCSC are even worse than the white trash majority of the student body that try so hard to emulate there imported gangster additiude. They trade sex with there 18/20 year old girlfriends to the older men of SC for privileges in town.  While back on the hill there fellow students give gang/cult access to cutting edge Psychological research, campus chemistry labs were the most cutting edge designer drug formulas are created and synthesized in campus labs, state of the art electronic engineering, computer and cell phone technology the general public and egen the law enforcement dont have a clue about what the porno and prostitution kids on the hill are cooking up next.

And guess what they re the ones cookin your food, mixin up your lattes, and servin you your stake with juice that looks like a trail of blood ruining across, your plate and sometimes it really is another Manfree specialty.

As I walk towards the Lane to check the surf, a beautiful woman floats up to me like a ghost, touches my arm, like she knows me, she looks worried as she whispers between us. The mysterious woman was afraid, hurt as if she was warning me about something that touched her own life in Santa Cruz. She acted a little paranoid, witch actually is a good thing in this town, took me by total surprise, and jangled me a little as I struggled to remember if we met before, and exactly who " they" is.  Before I can react, she finished with, " I " cant talk, you should go home, go back to LA, SC is a bad place,"

As quickly as she floated into my world, she was gone,  like an apparition, a mermaid, a gohst. Leaving me to ask," was that real or an illusion?" Just as I pondered that question, searching for the truth, witch the locals of Santa Cruz make hard to find for obvious reasons, a middle aged man dressed in a marathon outfit, with a demeanor that spoke of Los Gatos and the Silicon Valley techno Nuevo riche pirates, planted his elbow in my chest, as he ran bye, then ran away, not giving me a chance to counter, or even react, cursing about me, " getting in his way," When I called the PD ((Azua)) they told me, OK Will look for him, let you know if we find him." Obviously they didnt find him either.

My first thought was of Steve Posthuma, back in Santa Barbara and Orla McKlain, the fake Catholic jew hating Los Gatos Socialite, who seduced me so she could steal my sperm, and Tim May the Libritarian Intel Racist who for ten years has continually tried to Neruo Linguistic Program me into hating the Mexicans, Asians, Blacks and jews the ones he calls " the dirt people."  The gobst gjrl distracted me justt enough, my nice day was just shattered in a one, two, waiting for third third sucker punch like the blue sakhi bottle left broken in the road. I had just taken David and Cabrillo Professor wife Jennifer out for a very expensive sushi dinner to celebrate the closing of a security deal with a company named iPass ( ironically my main contact there who lied and slandered my job performance looked like she could be Orlas long lost sister ( more gypsy magic). After a very pleasent and beautiful dinner at another Santa Cruz poisoning restuarant called Shogan David touched my heart by asking to keep the distinctively blue sake bottle as a remembrance. The next day it layed shattered in the road in my path as I walked by Oneills and the Relentless boat.

Witchcraft was to come later with a causal introduction to soon to be the first eviction of my life, local unitarian Minister and Attorney Washburn and his LA Entertainment Industry attorney son in law with the same Ryan Coonerty and Orla McKlane  big vampire smirk on his face like " you have no idea what we are going to do to you next,"

They were out for a bye cycle ride and engated me in my plans to write and direct my screenplay Seven Circles, Surf Mavricks, and my carear at ADT. Right after meeting where they brought up " celebrity protection," ( another inside joke protecting Hollywood Nashville celebrities from exposure for having my intellectual property stolen) a woman and her young son who was a dead ringer for Hollywood Actor Jamie Lee Curtus, who needed my help, getting over a barrier, and acted like she knew me too, acted impressed with my intellegence, social sophistication,  skills and kindness. It wasnt until years later that I found out why when I was shown a movie with Arnold Shwartznager and his wife, California's first porno industry governor, that used my stolen jntellectual property.

I remember the strange look on Washburns face and the smirk on his entertainment industry attorney son in laws face when he asked , " are you sure you want to do this?" Do what?

That the cruelty I was being shown 24/7/365 was part of the licenseing and insurance process the government was putting me thru so as Orla Mcaklane said, " I'd make a good international ambassador, for the surf industry," and " you dont know how big you are, your everywhere.." According to Jenifer Farquire who was in the middle of a phd in Archeology she coudn't afford long time sterling con told me one day before I went surfing in twenty foot waves, to practice forMavricks. " there are alot of people in town to see you, watch what you do, they know all about you," " you dont know how important you are,"

Tom Cruz and shaun Penn were impressed. So was Madona, Pink, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Recce Weatherspoon, Jenifer Aniston. That I was blocked from surfing Maverick, because " Hollywood didn't want me to risk getting hurt." " That Oneill was going to sponser drug dealer VP Hunter, drug dealer BL Ledesma, drug dealer David Farquire and me in a surf band to promote Oneill on the road as a cover after personality, character, temperament testing me for a gun."  ( read jewum ). My apt was vandalized the first week I moved in. As a test I made a big deal about a sheerling leather coat my dad gave me as a remeberence for the rest of my life.  Told Farquire all about it. Came home from work a week later to discover someone put acid on the leather and ruined the entire coat. Stained it with what appeared to be feces.

Paul took to wearing a coat like it. The surf industry began to feature fashion models dressed in the same type of coat I had that was then ruined.( hacker sabotage an entire page removed from this document ) Witch right after that the town started wearing cheaper versions infront of me, the surf community was cruel about it, it started  appearing in Oneill, Volcom , Hurley ads just to play with my mind.

This type of sabotage then the use of surf industry media to mock it was classic Sterling witchcraft. The con was repeated endlessly with any gifts from my parents, brother, wife, anything that was important to me was desecrated, disfigured and nicked.

The blender I made morning protein shakes was sabotaged, ants filled my refrigerator, then my protein powder showed up with rat feces and moths in it. ( a theme repeated at the Mission inn to create a connection between Tom the manager, and Sterling.

My expensive training shoes and sandals sabotaged setting me up for some Eastside gang SM with a Big Five sales manager.

He told me he had some special shoes for me on sale that gave me the worst shin splints of my life.

Infact never had any pains in my legs until then, this was right after Orla Macklain tried  to meet me, the first time. That process of baiting took three months.

My dried roses from my first date with my wife thirty five years ago dried floweres from my grandparents funeral, my black moms funeral,  in a beautiful hand blown glass vase I showed to Paul on his first visit to my studio that he cruelly described as "a hole in the wall. When he asked me about the vase. I explained it was a prized possession. A week later I returned from work to find the glass nicked with a hammer or wrench.

I later found out Paul and Dan Savasky were insanely jealous of both my relationship with Ellen and my wife. Paul and Sara Savasky wanted to pull a wife swap with me and my wife.  I was later told that Dan had plans to replace me in my wife's life. and While  on the subject the rumors was circulated that I stole my wife from my other best friend in high school, witches of course a lie.

This is a classic (SC) double edge sword Sterling/Mexican witchcraft. It cuts both ways. The town was givin another example of my " preditory behavior," ( not true ) before anyone had a chance to meet me in a town were the Westside gang is particularly jealous of successful newcomers to town and protective of the woman folk. I knew I was being set up for trouble when the Sterling Tradesman showed up to install new rain gutters on the Ellenburg's house. As they worked above my ceiling I could hear them taunght and abuse me with comments like, " his wife left him," " he's a paranoid schitzophrenic," " crazy jew," " they all end up in Santa Cruz," " well fix it," " leave it," " he won't last long," " its cold in Santa Cruz," " no place to park," " ha ha ha," "nice jeep I could use a 4wd like that," " Ezmarelda lived here before," " wait tell the mexicans get a hold of him," " he surfs," " he's not that good," ( reality was I was one of the best surfers in Santa Cruz), " doesnt know how to duck dive," "he's a kook," " wait tell the Westies get started, "  as they pounded nails , grinded, and stomped all over the deck that was directly over my computer desk and bed at a time I was trying to concentrate on writing a proposal for work.

Trust me I've worked construction, with tradesman for a long time these guys were trying to disturbe me, spook me and my cat's, peace of mind by making much more construction noise then necessar.

The fact that they showed up at the worst possible time of day and laughed histariclly the (SC), " ha ha ha, were in with the Hells Angels" laugh as they went thru a litany list of insults was very suspicious to me.

When the tradesmen finished I knew I was going to have lots of problems in this town. Not only did they leave there trash behind in exactly the worst place to be tracked back into my studio and scratch the expensive make bale tile my landlord made a big deal a about ( this is how the locals of (SC) collude and conspire to set up transplants from southern california.)

I also discovered screws and nails ( consistent theme for 18 years in (SC) placed perfectly to be picked up in my jeep tires to create flats.

As usual I'm smart and know all these tricks from travels in the dessert and working in the security industry so I detected them and removed them before they could damage my vehicle creating unwanted expense for me and revranue for the local tire store.

Back to the rain gutter con on Court Way. Like magic one of the largest rain storms of the season hit Aptos about a week after the gutter boyz set up there con. The rain gutters were installed to dump the upper roofs entire contents right on to the deck above my ceiling. Witch in turn saturated the deck  and began to gush true my ceiling right onto my computer that contained evidence against Steve Posthuma, and he coca pot cartel harrassment I experienced at his house hes a contractor too, UCSB, and the pot farmers ranch felicities hodder that terrotrised me right out of santa Barbara.

My studio was perfectly designed to just fit my desk and 3 generation cedar chest a target too witch served as a base for my torah. b ibles and alter and my bed witch took up most of the room. By the way  the layout was pre surveyed by paul the contracter and dan and kris to make sure the set up would work before the gutterboyz set up the local joke, the gamex paying dues, hippie taxes in Santa Cruz

The outcome of all of this is there was no way form me to move my expe.sive mattress and. ox springs out of the way of the deluge aon top of witch I had an expensive feather  ed and comfoteres that belonged to me and my wife and dan and kris and steve posthuma made a big deal out of wanting to strip me of months before.

A recent adddition to the bed was a ross such a deal mexican withch c  raft tagging con that I didnt id as such until years later. A SANTA CRUZ SATANIC MERRY CHRISTMAS

I've lived in Santa Cruz for seventeen years. For seventeen years the locals of Santa Cruz have made my life  miserable for everyday.

Last year after "my friend," Patrick the Intellectual Property Rights Attorney from Next Space gave me a gourmet dinner for Christmas Eve. I spent that night washing out my underwear in a bottle of water, from the Diahria it gave me. Making victims and witnesses, what the locals involved in (VGS) call " rats," " lips," and "leaks," deficate into there pants is a SC community gang cult tradition and a specialty of Lulu Carpenters, Chocolate, Verve, Jamba Juice, Carpos, Burger King, Taco Bell employees.(sorry to be so graphic but tonight at 3 AM 2/17/16 after not having to deficate for two days they may do the samething in the rain) another (VGS) device.

For Christmas this year, the locals used a much less direct approach, they simply threatened my life, my security and health all day on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day.

I sat and counted over 135 " incedents" of felony vigilantism. One of the most abusive Christmas ordeals I've faced in (SC) in seventeen years, on top of thirty degree freezing temperatures.

One of the standout Christmas cons was " an amazingly nice and beautiful woman giving me the gift of teeth breaking, burnt cookies" from what was later said to be a member of the local porno industry. The gift of a slice of pizza that the locals later said " you shouldn't of ate that," " your going to get really sick," " its the Westies (SC Westside Gang)."  Same con as I ate some candy delivered to me by the cutest looking Grandma,

" don't eat that," " they put exlax in that," " the Westies hate you,"

The con with the Westies likeTake Back (SC) is that we either are politically and socially sympatico and they greatly respect me for standing up to the SC community gang cult and want to help me as soon as I " eat it" ( remain silent and endure the psychological torture I am subjected to every day, and stop sending out emails all over the world about " the real SC" ( attach link to email text). vs " they are setting me up to be disabled, disfigured, hospitalized, jailed, or dead."  "Your headed for a bullet" is an almost daily threat, for " to much lip."

The next Christmas gift was a really warm and soft J Crew hat givin to me by the most beautiful girl. Very sweet except for the verbal abuse to go along with it, " there are scabies all over that," " they put lice on that," "that's what her panties feel like," " you could have that, " just accept the devil."

It was suggessted at least twenty times for each of the following statements all day and into the night as the family's of (SC ) and tourist friends and families and visitors from the Silicon Valley " that I leave town," " go home," " go back to LA," " your dead," " the mexicans, the hells angels, the sterling gang of tradesmen and contractors, and the Westside gang," " hate you," " are going to attack me and kill me."  Another stand out  Christmas gift was the offer of gift wrapped sox from a woman who looked just like "Kris"( Middaugh Black Foot High School San Jose) the woman in Santa Cruz who set me up to be homeless.

( Just tried to look up her name on the internet using the wifi at Pizza My Heart on Pacific Ave downtown SC guess what my Kindlefire says I am connected but I am not only bogus information is provided in web searches, youtube videos ect. I am blocked from connecting with any other wifi service, in real time locals having dinner comment on it. )

IP THEFT CONNECTION

When I moved to Santa Cruz I had a locked filing cabinet filed with a lifetimes worth of research and documentation. Included with months and years of  research in a variety of subjects ranging from Biological Science, Political and Social Science, and Fine Arts were extensive documentation, hand outs and class notes and term papers from all my classes at UCSB and Cal State Chico in Social, Health Psychology, Biological Science, Marine Science, Astronomy, California and US History,  Mexican and World History, and Fine Arts. In addition was extensive research and writing in the Martial Arts, scientific approaches to Sales and Marketing, Several Business and Marketing Plans, and a personal portfolio of graphic designs, published books, magazines and marketing materials, ad layouts, logo art. The filing cabinet also contained an irreplaceable  notebook with over twenty five highly complimentary letters of recommendation and references from prominent business leaders, Companies, and Corporations I provided professional services to.

My personal notes in nuero psychology and cognative research, the psychology of sleep, nutrition,  latest research in health psychology and spiritual development were extensive and took over several decades to compile into extremely valuable notebooks.

Every book I read, every article I discovered, every conversation with academics, and experts in a wide variety of fields were included in those notebooks.

All of this made my notebooks extremely valuable in the era of dotcom start ups, website development, and business and marketing development that was taking place in the Silicon Valley in the early 2000's. 

This was in addition to there value to budding authors, politicians, teachers, activists, actors, hollywood, nashville writers, creators of video and film projects, and wannabes.

All these projects were compiled as  first draft and second drafts and fifty  to seventy five percent complete making them ripe for rip off and exploitation.

Some of these valuable documents that represented decades of work to collect, compile, and write were parts of four manuscripts I was preparing for publication.

1. A " how to guide " for middle age men to maximize their physical, psychological and spiritual health as well as civic participation, from  middle age thru elder years.

Contained with in this manuscript was cutting edge research gleaned from decades of reading, study and my own life experience.

Ironically after this was stolen and the information contained in these notes were played back in my face in inverse applications of healing protocols to make me sick and prematurely age me.

The mocking members of the Sterling/WS Gang/ Cult used ( NLP) against me in reverse to ruin my physical, mental and spiritual stamina and strength and to prevent me from capitalizing on my lifetime of hard work and recovering from what the locals of Santa Cruz did to me.

This pilot program was to be implemented, staffed and managed in a partnership between ADT Security Inc ( largest security provider in the world ) and a grant from the State and Federal Government.

4. A Historical Novel about the History of California, indigenous culture, my family  and land development Issues in southern Calif and northern Calif. that currently and well effect the State of California in the Future.

All of the above in addition to three screenplays, and music video scripts, plans for future film projects and stage play titled Lily, Jasmine and Rose.
