Identity Fraud in U.S. Reaches All-Time High, Study Finds :

Fraudsters successfully hit a record 15.4 million Americans in 2016, up 16% from the year prior, according to new Study from Javelin Strategy & Research

SAN FRANCISCO, February 1, 2017 – The 2017 Identity Fraud Study released today by Javelin Strategy & Research, revealed that the number of identity fraud victims increased by sixteen percent (rising to 15.4 million U.S. consumers) in the last year, a record high since Javelin Strategy & Research began tracking identity fraud in 2003. The study found that despite the efforts of the industry, fraudsters successfully adapted to net two million more victims this year with the amount fraudsters took rising by nearly one billion dollars to $16 billion.

"After five years of relatively small growth or even decreases in fraud, this year’s findings drives home that fraudsters never rest and when one areas is closed, they adapt and find new approaches,"

Fraud leaps to a record high incidence - In 2016, 6.15 percent of consumers became victims of identity fraud, an increase by almost 2 million victims from the previous year.

The incidence rate jumped by 16 percent from 2015, the highest incidence since Javelin began tracking identity fraud. This increase was driven by growth in existing card fraud, which saw a significant spike in card-not-present transactions.

The 2017 Identity Fraud Study found four significant trends:

Offline Consumers have little online presence, either social networking or shopping, are exposed to less fraud risk than digitally connected consumers. 

Social Networkers share their social life in digital platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and other networks, but do very little e- or m-commerce, face the risks associated with having their personal information widely available to fraudsters who can use it to overcome security measures or socially engineer victims. This manifests in a 46 percent higher risk of account takeover fraud.

E-commerce Shoppers (including m-commerce) expose their financial information to potential compromise and experience an elevated risk of existing card fraud. Sixty-two percent of these ecommerce shoppers made an online purchase within the past week. 

Digitally Connected Consumers have extensive social network activity, frequently shop online or with mobile devices, and are quick to adopt new digital technologies.  Twenty-five percent of these consumers used a P2P payment service in the past week. This also exposes them to greater risks, a 30 percent higher risk of fraud.

Javelin Suggests Seven Basic Safety Tips to Protect Consumers:

Be smart on social media.

Protect online shopping accounts.

Exercise good password habits.

Place a security freeze – If you are not planning on opening new accounts in the near future, a freeze on your credit report can prevent anyone else from opening one in your name.

Be alert for online transactions.

Seek help as soon as fraud is detected – The quicker a financial institution, credit card issuer, wireless carrier or other service provider is notified that fraud has occurred on an account, the sooner these organizations can act to limit the damage. Early notification can also help limit the liability of a victim in some cases, as well as allow more time for law enforcement to catch the fraudsters in the act.

Techno witchcraft is a very corrupt and cruel use of computer technology.  As a facet of (VGSC(s), it is a complex process of progress stopping, hate generating,  high stress (death) producing, magic in the modern sense. An almost perfect crime because very few people have the expertise to deal with or the time or energy needed to track down the sources of it.

I am an excellent writer. I am meticulous about diction, syntax, spelling and grammar. What normally would take me a few hours to document has taken three months to continually fix, repair, rewrite the damage and cyber crime  sabotage done to this documentation of (SC) (VGS) on-going felonies.

The following should give you an idea how sophisticated, devious, and technologically highly equipped, the locals of (SC) are, and how desperate they are that the truth not get out about the criminal economic, social, and cultural epidemic of organized crimes in this town.

The key board has been hacked and set up so that when I type a word I get a jibbrish version,  a period after select words, a b, or n, or v added to the word, so that I am forced to waste hours trying to correct the text. The worst is the letter "c" added to the next word after a hack.

(I was systematically sensitized and conditioned to the word/letter /see/"c" by the mexican maids, janitor and Tom the manager of the Mission Inn when I lived there writing my screenplays, Seven Circles, The Kraft, and Small Town, files all stolen by the same people and then used to.... you might guess, sensitized and conditioned me to believe they all profited on my intellectual property too..more examples of techno- witchcraft.)

Format commands are corrupted the same way. So is the spell checker. The spell checker constantly misses words. It is contaminated with misspelled words, It pops up words like "sick," " death," "mexico," " paranoid," " schizophrenic," " mental," " danger," "knife," that is totally unrelated to the topic I am writing on or the word in question. Even worse are the intentionally misspelled words, three and four versions of the same words that slow down my writing and block train of thought and work flow.

Formatting commands, forget it same frustrating cons: format commands change paragraph to paragraph, document to document. Commands that use to work suddenly become unavailable, or menu items change.

When I press the delete key it sticks and erases whole paragraphs, sentences  and words. This seems to happen when I am documenting the most damning evidence or my prose are of the highest quality. Then I have to stop the writing flow and remember exactly what I just wrote.

Everything is set up to take ten times longer than it should. Once I overcome and work around these cons, suddenly  whole sentences, whole paragraphs and sometimes whole pages disappear, page structure is changed day to day and critical evidence is removed or rendered unreadable.

No Virginia, these are not tablet related keyboard-user generated mistakes. I have wasted hours and days, setting up traps, ruining test after test.  Someone or a group of people are electronically and psychologically manipulating my subjective reality and experience to provoke statements, evoke conclusions, provoke frustration, fear, anger and hate, and induce high stress, that is being used to frame me to look like I am inept, inaccurate, exaggerating, projecting, delusional, paranoid, violent, and irresponsible, while systematically preventing the truth from being told about Vigilantism and its connection and deep roots in Organized Crime in Santa Cruz Calfornia.

Its hard enough to create with no sleep, bad nutrition,  and all the stress induced by vigilante gang stalking without all this electro bullying witch craft. It is not just tedious and time consuming, to deal with techno-witchcraft, it produces a high degree of stress in my already stressful life, and stress is deadly.

One has to wonder wear does all of that magically pirated writing go? In my experience it ends up in Hollywood in Brad Pitts or Kevin Costners next movie,  and Nashville, in Tim Mc Graws, or Big Little Towns, or in Jennifer Nettles, Sugarlands next video or down to Mexico for the soap operas, or reworked in England to be included in JK Rowlins next " Harry Potter."

Believe it or not my intellectual property has appeared in all these peoples work, the list is endless and bigger than you know. Guess what the same people like to smoke (SC) dank bud too. Get the connection?

Remember Anthony Pelicano busy committing felony stalking and intellectual  property theft for some of Hollywoods biggest names, including Tom Cruz and Nicole Kidman, who used my stolen intellectual property, relentlessly.  I believe Pelicano just got out of prison for doing what I have described here. Probably in Switzerland or the Grand Camons counting his cut from spying on and ripping off the ideas and intellectual property of writers like me. By the way he was also found guilty of committing the same type of fraudulent crimes as those cited in the Javaline study above. Get the connection?

This all started at ADT SJ when entire files, documents would just poof disappear as I worked on my laptop in the office. My laptop and desktop before they were extorted from me- gee I wonder why?  The strange thing is this didn't happen at home.

At home it was whole files that dissappeared, out of the directory. At the UCSC Inn now Hotel Paradox, the UCSC hacker party kids were able to sabotage my CD drive, mouse track pad, power cord, battery and at the sametime get around a high security device a bio metric finger print reader.

California Resident Pleaded Guilty To Wiretapping Law Enforcement Communications And Others

SAN JOSE California 11.10.14 – Kristin Nyunt pleaded guilty in federal court in San Jose today, to wiretapping charges, announced United States Attorney Melinda Haag and FBI Special Agent in Charge David J. Johnson.

In pleading guilty, Nyunt admitted that from 2010 to 2012 she possessed spy software, including Mobistealth, StealthGenie, and mSpy, knowing that they were primarily useful for the purpose of the surreptitious interception of wire, oral, and electronic communications.

This spyware had functions that allowed her to record phone calls, texts, voicemail, e-mail, appointments, digital address and contact information, photographs and videos, and oral conversations involving the phones and computers that she corrupted.

The communications she intercepted included private e-mail communication and texts between individuals who were unaware that she was monitoring them.

Nyunt further admitted that she repeatedly used a feature of the spyware that allowed her to activate the microphone of a cell phone, without the consent or knowledge of its user, for the purpose of eavesdropping on and recording oral conversations that were taking place in the vicinity of the phone, all without the consent or knowledge of the participants in those conversations.

Among the communications she thus intercepted included sensitive law enforcement communication, which she accomplished by surreptitiously installing spyware on the cellular telephone of a police officer without his consent or knowledge.

Previously, on Sept. 29, 2014, the Department of Justice announced the indictment of Hammad Akbar, 31, of Lahore, Pakistan, the chief executive officer of InvoCode Pvt Ltd, the company that advertises and sells StealthGenie online.

The investigation of Nyunt by the FBI was conducted jointly with investigators from the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office. As a result of this joint investigation, Nyunt pleaded guilty in state court earlier this year to burglary, forgery, identity theft, and unlawful computer access charges.

The maximum statutory penalty for each count of conviction is five years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000, plus restitution.

Employee and customer cordinated negative, abusive, mocking and threatening conversations "peppered " with specific terms and phrases, some of which are pre-sensitized/conditioned, and that are directly or easily associated with the computer or cell phone con that is about to, and/or just took place as a device to precipitate and reinforce feelings of frustration, fear, anger, helplessness and hate. This alsoreinforces the "schema," that somehow the locals in Crime Inc. somehow have "psycic" abilities and direct connections to companies like Amazon, Google, Facebook and even website developer apps like Weebly and Simdif.

( approx. thirty software engineers, web designers, Internet start-up con artists over the last five years ) who socially engineer Psuedo friendships with me under the guise of "helping me," as they record and rip off my articulations, creative ideas, trying to seduce me, spinning me when the friendship suddenly takes a turn for the worse, or ends. In the meantime " planting," negative ideas, associations and outcomes by the use of the same techniques as discribed in #1 above.

The use of electronic to create ringing in the ear, and/or a feeling of being "pulsed," by a microwave or low frequency transmission, loud startling noises such as door slams, horn honks, alarm sets, dropped dishes and cups, fight and death threats, and screaming arguments set up by the " street scum," the apperance of an extremely dirty and discussing street scum, the apperance of a heavily disabled person on crutches, cane or in a wheel chair, or blind very slowly and uncomfortably " barely making it down the road or in the door," as wifi service is disrupted, a computer glitch causes lost work, research and data. Dear Simdif,

Some of my most important photo captions on my websites schatemongers, and ziggysurfcatz, just dissapeared. Since I have very limited electricity, battery time and wifi service this wastes a lot of my time to rewrite each caption. In addition if the caption is still in the photo editor to re click each display caption creates the same hardship.

Is it possible that a  batch click command exists so that all caption can be returned together? This is classic Sterling Gang Cult, who is heavily connected to Hollywood Nashville, mocking and  direct rip offs of manuscripts, notes, essays that were stolen from me seventeen years ago in Santa Cruz.

To read these books are an extremely painful experience. The front covers are rip offs of my work, even the author's names is a source of torture. These types of books are written to be cruel and mocking in context and " real life examples," like all techno witchcraft to create frustration, bitterness, anger and hate.

Over the last eighteen years there are over a HUNDRED of them. ( A complete list by title author, presentation date that took over a decade to compile was stolen from me when the last set of evidence notebooks were stolen from me in 2015.), NY Times Best Seller List, Future Crimes by Marc Goodman  Why We Read Fiction: Theory of Mind and Novel by Lisa Zunshine, ( same name as old friend who warned me not to move to (SC) " because the spiritual energy was too corrupt."), How to Deal With Gang Stalkers by Chomi Prag, and Curse of the High IQ by Aaron Cleary. ( same name as an spiritual allie who interviewed me for weeks than abruptly moved out of (SC) five years earlier.

There are other ebooks that have nothing to do with my intellectual property but are " custom made," "tailored to a particular reader, to totally manipulate there reality, belief systems, world view ect.

It is impossible for the timing of the appearance of these books in my life to be random. Remember I did not go looking for these books, in each case they were presented to me in a search of other books on organized crime in the Silicon Valley for example.

I am currently reading two e-books, Jewish Theology, Kaufman, Kohler, and Psychology of Fiction,  complete with psychologically  manipulative and provocative content that appears to be custom made, tailored to my current day to day tribulations and torture in Santa Cruz Calif.

Tim May has tried to do this to me on a monthly basis for over ten years in his scientific, high technology, arts, mathematics and physics disinformation lectures as he systematically mines me for real creativity knowledge. The town has tried to play me off of Tim by repeating over and over that he is a ghost writer of screenplays, TV Shows, and author of books like these.)

Attorney Prag's ( get the name) book  poorly describes what I went thru with my screenplays in (SC) and am now experiencing with the building of my websites, schatemongers.com, ziggysurfcatz.com, and my book Sodom and Gomorrah In America Today: The Power of the Underground Economy in the San Francisco Bay Region.

This is a excerpt from a Book by Attorney Chomi Prag, " How To Deal With Gang Stalking," available on Amazon:

" These people actually went so far as to hack my computer and deleted my book from it. I was able to recover something. Therefore, the first publication and even second revisions of this book weren’t good, since they weren’t edited properly and were cut short because I was writing under extreme coercion...."

Prag's book appears to be a rip off from my stolen notebooks and is full of dis information. Like most ( VGS ) cons it does contain some truths. These appear to be gleened from my notebooks. Of These are a couple of passages that describe being hacked and cyber blocked to frustrate, abuse, stress and age the writer are straight out of my notes. Just reading them is an applied stressor.

Fake books and photographs and video are part of the techno-witchcraft the  Sterling Men's and Women's Nation style of rapers, murderers, drug dealers, prostitutes  pimps, pornographers, money launders, wife swappers, frauds, forgers, rauquteers, hackers, counterfeiters, social engineers in California today.

This is part of the forward for " The Curse of the High IQ," a total rip off of the intent and content of a manuscript stolen from me and most of my writing over the last twenty five years.

The following are text excerpts from the first chapter of the book that was created from a stolen manuscript and combined with the transcripts of a discussion I had setting  with Tim May on Pacific Ave. ten years ago about statistics, the bell curve, regression to the mean, measures of behavior and intelligence and the scientific effect.

One of the most difficult and damaging characteristics of techno-witchcraft stolen intellectual property exploitation as a facet of (VGSC(s) is: only the felones doing it and the victim who is being intellectually raped like this, knows for sure. That compounds the viciousness of the crimes and creates scares to a victims psyche that in most cases can be permanent. In witchcraft they call this vexing or applying the antiqing or patina to a victim and witnesses mind.

Here is another form of techno-witchcraft  as I try to cut and paste the most damning part of this text thirty minutes of work disappears. At exactly the same time  two sex bait women set behind me at Pizza My Heart where I am documenting this and using wifi. The most damning parts of the first chapter disappeared from this page like " magic."

He had his dream cabin up north as well as a schwank James Bond early 60’s style house in the city all in his name....A nice gun collection....And free time.....Loads of free time as he would read books.....pursue his various entrepreneurial ideas...... plastered on the white board.....He was his own man....He answered to no one.....He was living the dream.....Jeff was also very successful.....After selling his stake in a small business at 46, he started his own special materials transport company.....He move to Las Vegas to avoid the Minnesota winters and, again.....clearing nearly half a million a year in profit..... lifestyle of luxury and free time he never experienced before, but one he certainly capitalized on, affording himself a fine cigar hobby,.... frequent travel........a Harley, not to mention courtships with one or two (perhaps three or four…certainly no more than five......suffering in silence,....thinking there was something specifically and uniquely wrong with us...., it was imperative we brought this to the attention of those who are abnormally intelligent in the world..... For if we’re right....millions of people are needlessly suffering....enduring lesser lives than they should.....Worse, they likely have no idea why and are therefore unable to solve their problems.....But it doesn’t have to be this way.

This entire passage is a total rip off of my life, articulations and writing.

If I could afford to hire a private detective to research this it would not suprise me in the least to find out, Steve Posthuma, Orla McKlane, Tim May etal are behind the creation of this book.

lThe most recent is Obahama offering priase of the Mormon Church based on several conversations I have had in the last month, fed back to me in the Mormon Newsletter. Fortune magazine newsletter does this to me weekly, (see screen shots). I wrote a song almost a year ago with a lyric

I perform it on the street and the next day I get a email newsletter that uses and highlights the statement, " the great divide" to make sure I see it. At the same time walk bye realtime comments in the as if the people walking by had prior knowledge my lyric got stolen. Its like CIA/FBI Cointelpro program the J Edgar Hoover used to try to disrupt and destroy Martin Luther King in the 1960's.

In my experience and opinion at least when the intelligence community institutes programs like Cointelpro there is some accountability. Eventually over time the truth rises to the top. When Crime Inc. uses the same life disrupting and destroying technology there is no accountability. They bury victims and witnesses all over the (MBSCSVSFBR).

He's improving slowly. Yesterday he walked on a walker for about 60 yards with little help with the physical therapist. He Is able to stand up from sitting position to standing with less help. He needs most help getting from lying down to sitting or turning over in bed. He is still weak and in the rehab. facility.> XXXXXXX, We didn't ask his doctor about that. XXXXXXl has asked that in the past in jest; xxxxx is only now getting his sense of humor back. He is finally getting some strength back. He sat up in a wheelchair most of the day. He walked 60 yards with a walker with a minimum of help. He's out of the woods now (in my opinion).

When I sent you the e-mail on 7/1, he was gravely ill. For 6 days he was in subICU and very ill. At 88, pneumonia and sepsis are very serious. He was released from Hoag Hospital on July 8 and brought to Chris e care Center where he has been for the past 8 days. The sepsis was gone by the time he left xxxxxxx but he was still on IV antibiotics for the pneumonia. He is out of danger now but still very weak.
