As I set down to relax and eat my dinner the drug dealer, prostitution, hacker staff of Pizza My Heart just turned on the PA over my head and blasted Sympathy for the Devil, and the mexican " we are rotting your teeth pizza cook said," no one is going to see that,"  [what I document every time I eat at PMH] " no body cares," " wanna fight," (as if they can read this email.) They just intimidated that your office [ the county restaurant inspectors] are  bribed and blackmailed by the mexican mafia  to do nothing about the violations and corruption

at PMH.

I've lived in (SC) for eighteen years so I know how well connected Pizza My Heart is to the Westside and the rest of the community.

Please, you have to investigate there kitchen staff, practices and the general lack of cleanliness and serving practices in the restaurant.

The girl that handled my food coughed into her hands, wiped her hands on her shirt then handed me my food after wiping it across the top of the cash register, SC witchcraft style.   The floors and booths are disgusting most of the time. The pizza cooks threaten to " rot customers teeth," " to have rats, and leaks and too much lip," beat up and killed, " White napkins used to clean off the table top and seat literally turn black. The floors under the tables littered with food scraps and filth.

Its gotten a little better on the surface butt underneath its criminaly managed and maintained. I've gotten, liced, crabbed and discovered worms in my shirt after eating there. The bathroom is even worse, it would appear according to the mexicans that work there they have a camsra and audio system in place so they can watch people deficate and then make " jokes" about it.

The disrespectful additude of the staff is overwhelming. The customers are even worse. They routinely sabotage and contaminate the  soda drinking fountains and the use of sugared soft drinks in dispenses that are labeled diet appears to he a big joke to the mexicans.

People come in from the street to eat out of the trash cans, charge there cell phones, start fights, shoot drugs in the bathroom, and the party kids are even worse drunk and stupid late at night.

While some of these issues are not health dept. issues, they are related to less than adequate management, and a general attitude of lawlessness and simply not carrying all of this appears to be driven by the mexicans in the kitchen. There is something very wrong at Pizza My Heart and its not me.

Probably the best one-stop-shop resource is the staff at the phone number 211.  They do not provide actual services, but have access to hundreds (maybe 1000s) of resources and referrals.  211 is available in Orange County and possibly Santa Cruz County.

Also, the City of Newport Beach may have other resources that I'm not aware of, so you may want to contact the city offices (not police department) there.

Faith-based organizations throughout either county may also be of help.

This is my life being ruined by the power of the drug dealers of the norcal region and the corrupt cops they have bribed and blackmailed.  The referrals you supplied are an endless run around and not helpful. They obviously have lots of " local" people in line a head of me.
