3. At Lulu Carpenters they put the key on a giant spoon wrapped with a metal wire set up to cut the unwary and draw blood. Sal/Sam the former managers little bioterrorism trick for passing STD's, hepatitis, and assorted viruses from the street scum to targets, victims and witnesses. Val and Carol the current managers of Palace Arts pulled the same con, WS gang style. Like Sal/Sam there favorite targets nieve Christians and Jews, stated by all of them " We hate "Christians" /

A big motivation for moving to Santa Cruz and the San Francisco Bay region was to surf and participate in a "world class" martial arts community.  I was ready go back into shotakan karate to get my black belt and supplement my " certificate of completion," in Jeet Kune Do, which is really just a pass " to begin again."  I was also looking forward to continuing my studies in Jeet Kune Do and Muy Thai and Chi Gung. As it goes I discovered the martial arts community in (SC) deeply contaminated with drugs and porno industry scum bags. As it goes it was Kriss and her Hells Angels, Mexican Mafia, Sterling gang/cult friends, and Surf Industry gang who began to spread rumors and claims that I killed someone, abused my wife and was a threat to the children in the community. 

As a personal quest I was very activly training to, surf thirty foot waves at mavricks as part of a training video,  and research for one of the book projects which was ironically about mazimizing middle age and ocean enviornmental activism. and to surf thirty foot waves at Mavericks. I was in almost perfect physical condition and totally experienced and capable of reaching all my goals.( these ex friends were all surfers directly connected to Oneill who used my stolen intellectual.property.) Now because of all the application of stressors and social engineering I'm fifty pounds over weight and I've never been fat my entire life. ( witchcraft ).

This got worse in Santa Cruz.after.I told Dan about it. It important to note that at my brothers request. Steve Posthuma attended my wedding renewals party and spent alot of time talking with.Dan and Kris, Brenda, Mark.Scapparro, Ardy.Azihre who all perticipated in ruining my life in Santa Cruz.and are all Party.People. This made  Kris, Dan, Paul and Farquire, insanely jealous like everything I did. These fools were envious and jealous of my income, and opportunities to rise in the social, cultural and recreational strata of the community.It was unbeleivable and very scary that the guys I grew up with became this manipulative ,jeouluse, envious and petty. They told me that if I wanted to live in Sc it was for my own good. and that I could come back later  They spent there time setting on the sofa smoking pot, snorting coke, and dabbelling in meth, crack and herion..

At the sametime they tried to set me up with fights with Farquire, Dan Savasky, Flea, Oneill VP Hunter and various WS meth head street scum including a Steve Posthuma look-a-like who still dogs me. Each new potential fighter was positioned as a wife fxxxxx, and competitor in surfing, music, art, and business at the sametime as users of my intellectual property along with the help of the surf media, the fashion media, TV and movies and the local law enforcement community including Dave Hood the scum bag president of First Alarm. All these fools claimed I might be mentally ill , violent and dangerous at the same time the tried to set me up in fights with there friends, and exploited my stolen intellectual property.

The trouble the surf industry caused me started with a VP of Oneills named Hunter. He is the originator of the Oneill "Psycho " wetsuit ad campaign at the height of the ghetto trash rapper, coca cartel methheads take over of the surf industry. His ads featured chainsaw and ax baring mental case surfers in Oneill wetsuits, " destroying all competition."  Followed by the "freak show," campaign featuring Carney hucksters and con artists in Oneill wetsuits. Sound familiar? That's Jacks legacy now.

My issues with Hunter began when I observed him doing drugs with fifteen year old up and coming pro surfers on an Oneill sponsored surf session. His expressions of anti semantsm didn't help things.

My disdain for this drug dealer scum bag culminated with the theft of a copy of my screenplay Seven Circles and the use of one of my scenes to create another series of Oneill ads.

For twenty years the town has tried to position Hunter as my major nemesis in Santa Cruz when in fact he turned the surf industry on me, butt he's just another lowlife druggy surfer.His brother a well known drug dealer in Santa Cruz.

The surf industry in turn, all the labels below had a feeding frenzy on my intellectual property. for a decade, ads, promotions, position statements, art and music festivals, contest formats, charity events, and endless interviews with fools like Kelly Slater, Rob Machado, and the idiot below who used my innovative, creative, and socially and politically advanced ideas and statements to further their careers while the surf magazines worked in concert to try to bury me in an on slot of insulting photos, captions, ads and articles executed to bury me.
