Until I moved to Santa Cruz, California I had what an orthopedic surgeon, and a physical therepist termed, " almost perfect legs and feet." I constantly trained in martial arts, which included very extensive mountain biking, and jump rope sessions
for decades. I am not an egoist or a bragger but many women commented on my beautiful legs. I note this because one of the "pay-offs," for sexual sadists like Steve Posthuma, Orla MacKlain, Tom the manager of the Mission Inn, and the Sterling
gang/cult members is to degrade, degregate, deteriorate, and ultimately distroy the physical integrity toes, feet, ankles, knees, quadriceps and over all health and vitality of a mans mind and body.

My first year in Santa Cruz my friends, soon to be enemies, Sterling gang/cult members,the Savasky brothers, the Farquires, my business associates in the Silicon Valley, fellow employees at First Alarm, and ADT Security in the Silicon Valley, the
woman I dated at that time, Sarah Aillo, Megan Rozenheart, and Orla MacKlain, surfers, and casual aquantences I met on the beach or mountain biking all commented on the strength and beauty of my feet and legs. There tone and attitude was not as complimentary as
it was spooky and scarred, the way that foot fetish/sexual sadists try to pre sensitize and stress there victims before they torture them. It was as if they were pre-shadowing some terrible future event that would cause my toes, feet, ankles,
knees, quadriceps bones and joints over all physiology to be damaged. This is also the point when a dis proportionate amount of people on crutches, in wheelchairs, with ankle and knee braces showed up around me on a regular basis.
This is a chronology of my first years in (SC) and what took place in (SC) in relation to the sabotage, degradation, and poisoning of my toes, feet, ankles, calves, knees, quadriceps and it's degrading effects on my hips, spine and neck.
1.I personally trained a black, self described " sheriffs reserve officer," named Daryall" - who later turned out to be a Crime Inc. liar - fellow employee at ADT to increase his productivity and his contribution to the offices
production by 500% my first year at ADT Security. During a conversation about the difference between working in Southern California and Northern California he looked at me very strangely and said, " I hope your feet and legs can take it," " Ha,ha,ha,ha." At
the sametime Lou Sanches, a Mexican co-worker who along with Daryall sabotaged my work and computer files added to the strange mocking laughter and called me his " little Mehaa," a Mexican insult. They knew my feet and legs were going to be sabotaged
before I did.
2. My first year in (SC) very expensive, perfect fitting Nike training shoes I used for years were sabotaged at the Ellenburgs studio I rented, after it was announced that Nike was discontinued this model. I was forced - situationally engineered- to
replace them at (VGS) Crime Inc. controlled local retail business. After shopping around and getting continually mis-led and disrespected by Mexican and Anglo Crime Inc. clerks I went to Big Five.I should of known when the manager told me
he had a " very special," pair of specially priced shoes for me I was about to get the (SC) shaft. The shoes gave me the most painful and only pair of shin splints I've ever had. They blistered my toes and damaged my acheeles tendons - a
reminder of a conversation I had with Steve Posthuma a couple of years before - and caused me so much pain I had to stop training to surf the giant waves at Half Moon Bay (Mavricks) California, an hour north of (SC). When I complained thru the
Big Five 800 customer service number, I was given the total run around by Mexican reps and managers. I was later told by Dan Savasky that " we [Sterling gang/cult] control the customer service #'s and call centers," " you'll never get anywhere if
you complain about anything in Santa Cruz," " just eat it."
3. A special pair of also very expensive, spiked training sandles I used for parcore like strength, stamina, and balance excercizes before " parcore," even existed were sabotaged after having to replace my other training shoes two times.
4. Pro surfers who worked for Oneill, Hurley, Volcom, Roxy, - some of the labels that a year later started using my stolen intellectual property in there marketing campaigns, and promo videos- (WS) gang and Mexican Mafia members started showing
up where I ate Mexican food and Chinese for on a regular basis and said, " your too good a surfer," " your in our way," " leave (SC) or we well break your " ankles," "feet," " legs," " back," "neck." " The Mexicans, the Asians put worms, arsenic,
poison, meth, SXXX, in your food," " we can poison who ever we want in Samta Cruz," " the police are with us," " our girls fxxx the SCPD all the time," " it's our party, your a rat, go home," " the Mexicans well cripple you," ( this is only 1/100,000th
of 1% of what was said).
