Dear LL Bean,

I have been a customer of yours since I was a child. I have never had a problem with any of your products until I moved to Santa Cruz California.

Please view the attached photo ( I am not a hacker or social engineer - beware of contacts and orders from the locals of Santa Cruz Ca. - this is a town of sadistic outlaws, counterfeiters, and crooks ).

The two sets of boots in the attached photo were purchased for me thru LL Bean. Both are size ten. Notice the size variation specifically at the cuff of the boots.

In the last year the smaller cuff boots have caused me extreme sadistic pain. The inner sole cut the bottom of my feet, the cuff cut into my ankle. The main part of the boot cuts off my circulation to the point my toes turn purple. The boots do not breath and my feet are constantly wet and cold when I wear them. I was hoping that they would stretch and become more broken in over time, that has not happened.

wBecause I have had these boots for a year I am not asking for a replacement. I am sending you this email for your companies benefit.

Have you had manufacturing problems with this model of boot before? Is it possible that these are counterfeit boots?

The locals of Santa Cruz California are liars, sadists and perverts ( I am not attacking the gay community ). I would not of put it past the members of Mexican or Asian ( I am not a racist) organized crime in the Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz, Silicon Valley, San Francisco Bay Area, to have switched your original boots with counterfeit boots someplace along the supply chain.
