Dear DOJ Civil Rights Division,

Thank you for taking the time to send me a letter in response to my continual pleas for relief from an endless list of felony crimes being committed against me by the locals of Santa Cruz, California who across the board are active members of Organized Crime.

FYI I never received a previous letter, as mentioned in your email from any division of the DOJ.

My intent in writing your division as well as the other divisions of the DOJ is to make investigators and prosecutors within the DOJ aware and cognizant of the fact that Santa Cruz, California is owned, operated by members of the mexican mafia, the hells angels, the westside/eastside gang, and a highly influential gang of contractors and tradesmen called Sterling, and a large portion of UCSC, students, alumni, ( this region is very incestuous in that UCSC felons graduate to become " gate keepers" in the civic structure, business community, law enforcement communities,) faculty and administrators, together they compromise a long series of on-going criminal enterprises known as " the party," I call " Crime Inc." Forever 21 is being sued over an alleged bathroom camera

Someone allegedly put a camera in the employee bathroom of a Forever 21 store in Providence, Rhode Island. The videos from that camera were then allegedly distributed on the internet to people who are into that sort of thing. Now, the company is facing a $2 million lawsuit from a former employee who stumbled across images of herself using the corporate can, WWD reports.

After finding her image on "multiple pornographic web site platforms," the employee, identified in the suit as Jane Doe, has charged the company with negligence and invasion of privacy. The suit alleges that Forever 21 had lax security that allowed the hidden camera to be installed in the employee bathroom, when she worked for the company back in 2011.

While WWD notes that it’s "unclear" if Forever 21 ever discovered the camera or if the perpetrator removed it before any other employee found it, the plaintiff holds the company accountable for "negligently, recklessly and wantonly allowing a person(s), whose identity is unknown to plaintiff, to enter the employee locker room and the employee restroom, located in the store." She’s suing for "extreme emotional damages."We reached out to Forever 21 for comment but have not heard back.

So you understand the high level of objectivity I maintain in making these statements I need to explain my early experiences with the book shop going all the way back to 1975. I have been a book collector all my life. ( my extensive and expensive library was extorted from me when I moved to (SC) I loved ( BSSC) when Ryan Coonerty's father and mother ran it. Amazing and outstanding book titles from unsung and popular heroes of the environmental, progressive political thought, spiritual and phsycological growth, self knowledge and self care movements. When I moved to Santa Cruz in 1998 after the elder Coonerties death from what I have been told was [stomach?] cancer, ( there were whispers that the mexican mafia was and still is involved).

It was still a good book store then with good people working there. When I moved to SC, to support the independent book store and its mission I use to buy at least two books a month there, until the friends of Ryan Coonerties and his sister who now run the store " took over," ruined my career, stole and exploited exstensive intellectual property from me, [pot farmer witches.] They then published [their] own books and promoted " lectures, seminars, book signing's ect. playing this back to me every month for years, to psychologically condition, torture, and Neuro Linguistic Program, anchor, chain and trigger me. Even with this documented, and the unbelievable pain and suffering this has caused me I am still objective about my experiences with this now evil and wicked local SC business.

Except for one incident with its management and employees who by the way have committed and been accessories to an endless list of felony crimes including racist statements about my " jewishness," against me.
